Why Choose Us
We are the go-to company for any type of tinting or vinyl work in the North East. We are positioned in a prime location on Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, which is very centralised and easily accessible from most of the North East such as Sunderland, Washington, Newcastle and Durham. We understand that other companies may be cheaper, however none can offer what we do. This being said we still try to be as competitive as possible with our pricing.

Climate
As you would imagine, there are optimum temperature conditions for applying window film and vinyl. Our workshop is fully temperature controlled allowing us to install the material in optimum conditions no matter the time of year, or outside conditions.

Dust Free
Our workshop benefits from a tiled floor, allowing use to keep dust to a minimum. This reduces the risk of any contaminants getting onto the material before it is applied to the surface. We take pride in keeping our work area clean, meaning that our workshop gets mopped on a daily basis. This again reduces dust levels.

Lighting
If you don’t already know, our parent company is Custom LED. Using our background in lighting we designed our workshop and fitted it with virtual daylight, constant lux level lighting. This is the kind of lighting normally only found in multi-million pound production facilities like Rolls Royce Aerospace (a customer of Custom LED). Normally this kind of lighting would be unachievable financially for smaller companies, however we installed this to ensure that any imperfection or defect is spotted and resolved before the vehicle leaves our workshop. This saves you the inconvenience of having to revisit us.

Equipment
We have invested in every piece of tinting equipment on the market, meaning that if we don’t have the right tool, then the tool doesn’t exist. A lot of places make do with minimal equipment, which is fine in most cases, however it means making a compromise in certain situations. We refuse to compromise in any situation!

Other Key Points
Work wear
We understand there is a lot of competition in the North East, we have the advantage of being anal car guys just like you. We really do treat your car like how we would expect our own cars to be treated! We even took this into consideration when choosing work wear. We made sure there were no metal zips, tags, studs or anything else that could accidentally come in contact with your vehicle causing damage.

Security
Should you need to leave your car with us overnight, our premises are very secure. We have a top end, state of the art CCTV system, backed up by the best alarm system on the market. Our premises are flood lit and 24h monitored, to make sure you pride and joy is safe. There are various other measures in place, however we can’t go int detail on here of obvious security reasons. Should the unthinkable happen we also have a linked smoke and heat detection system complying to BS standards.

Insurance
We are fully insured to work on, drive and store your vehicle. Whilst we don’t plan on claiming on our insurance, its best to have peace of mind. Whilst we are insured to drive your vehicle, we never will. This is purely to pull the car in and out of the workshop.
